I was born in Tarrafal, Cape Verde but grew up here in America. Cape Verde is an island off the coast of Africa where you’ll find vibrant colors, beautiful scenery, and friendly people. By taking inspiration from nature, architecture, and the culture of Cape Verde and combining them with the couture world of America. The goal for this collection is to create movement through the eyes, and emphasize the confidence in the costumer.  My collection is all about combining two different worlds into one garment.
